Cashless presented by chase
Get a one-time $10 cashless spend credit (the “Credit”) applied to your Festival wristband when you register and link your valid Chase debit or credit card for Tortuga Music Festival Cashless payments. Offer is limited to the first 2,000 registrants to link a Chase card. Credit is only valid for the festival day or weekend for which your wristband was purchased. No Credit will be provided for registrations made after 9PM on the Sunday of the 2025 festival. Credit expires on April 6th 2025 at 10pm EST. Credit may be used for purchases at all on-site merchants at the Festival that accept cashless payment. Not valid for online purchases. CONSERVATION VILLAGE
Not trying to save the whole world, just 3/4 of it! Visit our Rockstars of Ocean Conservation, take a virtual shark dive, visit Rock the Ocean and grab merch. Did you know? 100% proceeds from merch sold at RTO goes back to ocean conservation!
LIVE AUCTION
Participate in our Live Auction and help give back to the great organizations in Conservation Village! Bid on Cabana seats, tickets to a concert or Miami Dolphins game, Meet & Greets, autographed guitars and event a yacht charter! 😎
Sustainability
Help us leave the beach better than we found it! Throw your trash away in the proper receptacles, use reef-safe sunscreen (we’ll have free sunscreen stations for ya!) and bring your own reusable water bottle OR purchase a 2025 Commemorative Cup at any of the Food & Beverage vendors or at Merch.
Commemorative Cups
Help us reduce waste and purchase a 2025 Tortuga Commemorative Cup! You’ll be able to purchase these at our Food & Beverage vendors or at our Merch Booth. We’ll have free water stations available all around the festival so you can refill your cup all weekend long and stay cool on the beach while watching your favorite band!
WATER TAXI
The coolest way to get to the festival. Grab your water taxi pass, skip the traffic and meet some new festival friends along the way!
TRAINS AND RIDESHARE
Check out routes on Brightline’s high-speed train, hitch a ride with Uber or Lyft and view nearby parking options.
Lockers
Keep yourself light on your feet and your phone charged by using one of our lockers to stow your personal items. We provide safe, secure, and easy storage with all-day access so you can come and go to your locker at any time.
Box office & Will Call
Want to purchase more passes or pick up an order at Will Call? Visit our Box Office week of festival located behind Sunset Stage. Don’t forget to bring your Front Gate ticket order number plus a photo ID to pick up your passes.
KEY FAQ ...KNow before you go
SMALL/CLEAR BAG POLICY: Small bags, backpacks, and fanny packs are welcome inside the festival venue as long as they are clear and are 12”x6”x12” or smaller. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 1.5L or smaller and clutch purses/wallets that are 6”x9” or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome.
You will be able to exit and then re-enter the festival once a day for whatever reason you see fit. If you need to enter and exit more than once a day, please let security know upon exiting. VIP pass holders have unlimited re-entry.
Ask any member of staff and they will point you in the right direction for First Aid. We have one main location which is located by Guest Services.
If you have any questions during festival weekend, visit our team at Guest Services! They can help you with directions within the festival and assist with general festival questions. Lost & Found is also located at Guest Services!
Come visit any of our Box Offices or Wristband Help Tents located at each entrance gate for any wristband problems! They can help reissue wristbands if lost or too tight, help walk you through registering your wristband on your phone and signing up for cashless, and more.
